The planning timeline can vary depending on the size and nature of the event. Generally, we recommend starting the planning process 12 to 16 months in advance for weddings and other large-scale events. However, we have successfully planned events in shorter timeframes and can tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

We consider the size and capacity of the venue needed for your number of guests, location and style of the venue, parking, and any budgetary constraints. We visit venues to check on the quality of the facilities and make sure our needs will be met the day of the event.
